what expected | E-mail notifications should include information about the changes performed, for example if a bug was fixed, it should be said in the notification. Likewise, the change comments provided on the web page should be included in the mail.
Apart from that, it should be possible to track only certain bugs, and only get (e-mail) notifications about bugs which are tracked. The submitter and assignee of a bug should automatically track it, while other people would need to explicitely ask to track a bug. |

This is a test. I fixed this issue, if the outgoing email contains this comment, then the bug is really fixed. |

The intention is to have "<editor> comments:" appearing in notifications. |
